Hello! Tiffany here, new Mumma, Pilates Professional, Mindful Mover and Good Movement Company Founder and Instructor.
I believe there is no greater form of self-love than moving your body. This looks different for everyone. Some people love running, dancing, swimming, cycling etc. For others, the idea of going for a run sounds about as exciting as a trip to the dentist. Then there are those whose days are soooo busy they struggle to find time to fit anything else in. I want to help you do just that because movement is medicine and movement is essential to you living your best life.

A little more about me and why I love to move:
I grew up doing something called Sports Aerobics - which is kinda like Cheerleading without pom poms in a sparkly leotard... insert the start of my lycra obsession.
My Mum loved this sport and I loved performing it. When I realised I couldn't make a living from Sports Aerobics, I switched gears to dancing. A couple of years into my professional dancing career, I found out my Mum was very sick (brain cancer) and she passed soon after. I always loved working out from home and I'd tried some of my Mum's Pilates DVDs (for those of you who know what that is 🤓) and then my good friend Gem invited me to a studio Pilates class. I've been hooked ever since!!!
Pilates has helped me regain core strength after pregnancy and create healthy daily habits that I'm really proud of.
I love the way Pilates has supported my body through my dancing career and now through pregnancy and motherhood. I like how Pilates calmed and centred me through the passing of the most important person in my world. It’s more than a workout. It’s a feel-good movement practice. It’s great for your physical and mental health.
