You definitely don’t have to, however, to familiarise yourself with the Flow Reformer it is highly recommended you do 4 weeks of the Beginner workouts.
Again this is your choice. Every workout is unique and challenging for the whole body, so as long as you are hitting your mat and pressing play and following the workouts you will benefit. It is recommended you do at least 4 weeks of the Beginner workouts before moving to Intermediate. The program is designed to build your strength, body awareness and knowledge throughout. The Intermediate workouts run at a slightly faster pace and assume you already have prior knowledge of the body and Pilates repertoire.
